Black Friday is now well and truly entrenched in consumers’ mindsets and shopping schedules. Over the coming days more will be spent online than at any other point in the year. Stores will spend huge amounts on advertising and will be slashing prices to try and convince you to shop with them.
We can’t compete with that…
So, we’ve decided to go against the crowd and do something a little bit different - we’ve decided to double the good that is done with every Lost Stock purchase over Black Friday and Cyber Weekend.
Starting from Thursday for every Lost Stock box bought we’ll donate another to an organisation here in the UK that needs new clothes to help people in need. We launched an initiative a couple of months ago called Donate for Good and over 250 shoppers have now bought a Lost Stock box and donated it to a refugee, homelessness or children’s organisation through us.
You don’t need to do anything different - just buy a box or a gift card and we’ll donate one at the same time to someone in need. So for every Lost Stock box bought:
- New clothes will be headed your way.
- A garment worker and her family are supported for a week.
- Garments are saved from potentially ending up in landfill.
- Someone in need will receive a box of clothes, on us!
