Shipping

Your items will be delivered by Royal Mail in the UK. In the US, you will receive your parcel by USPS. Delivery partners for other countries will be included in the tracking information you will receive by email once your parcel has entered into the delivery system. If you have any questions about the delivery partner for your country, please get in touch.

Delivery times are currently estimated to be 6-8 weeks from when you place your order. Some early orders may, unfortunately, experience delays due to circumstances outside of our control, but we are doing our best to ensure that your parcel arrives as soon as possible.

We endeavour to confirm the delivery address for each parcel with a separate email sent out a number of weeks after you place your order.

When your parcel is on its way, you will get tracking information in an email, including your order number and delivery address. More details about tracking information is available here.

You will be considered the importer of record, but we will pay any customs duty or import VAT due, on your behalf, before delivery in the EU.  

Shipping costs are per Lost Stock box and not per order.

If you would like to register a claim that your item was undelivered, we will require you to fill in a form stating that you did not receive your item. Once you have filled this in, we will be able to investigate this with our logistics partner.
