Lost Stock box: your order

When we launched Lost Stock earlier this week, we had a goal to support 10,000 families by the end of the month. Thanks to the incredible interest in the project and support from people who want to help workers in Bangladesh, we have smashed that target and are already on track to help more than 40,000 workers and their families, and the numbers just keep growing.

Based on the thousands of orders we have already received and on lots of fantastic feedback sent to our customer service team, we have made a couple of changes to the preference selections for the Lost Stock boxes. 

Based on the data coming in, the refinements we’ve made have been to our style and fit questions. 

This means that for new orders, the selections will be slightly different. We’ve taken this action to allow us to simplify the process, send you clothes we hope you will enjoy, and to support as many families as possible. We are currently processing all the orders that have come in so far and will be in touch if there are any updates to any of them.

Many of you have mentioned being interested in other options. We are currently just focusing on mainly tops (like T-shirts, blouses, shirts and sweatshirts), but we are hoping to extend our offering further once we get more details. For now please do let us know what you’d be most keen on by looking at this page
