When will my Lost Stock delivery arrive?

When you order a Lost Stock box, you are doing something unprecedented... Usually, online shopping is pretty simple - you pick your product, enter your delivery details and pay. Your clothes will be picked and packed in a warehouse, usually in the UK, and your parcel will be on its way to you in just a couple of days.

Lost Stock is different.

We are helping factories who have seen their stock orders cancelled by retailers. Clothes that would potentially otherwise end up in landfill, without payment to factories or workers, will be packed up as part of personalised Lost Stock orders. This takes a little longer because a lot of the processes will be new. As part of safety measures to protect workers from COVID-19, there are limitations to the amount of people in one space.

Picking, packing and shipping are all processes that need to be done slightly differently in order to stay safe and all this takes time. We currently estimate a 6-8 week delivery time for your Lost Stock box, from the time you make your order. We are doing our best to make everything come together as quickly as possible.

As a lot of factories normally have supply chain arrangements with the retailers they ship with, they will have to amend their processes to send their items to new packing centres. This also takes time. We want to make sure we’re able to offer the best selection of clothes so that means we’re supporting many different factories, which takes time to coordinate.

We’re partnering with a number of great organisations to help us manage logistics in the best possible way, and we are hoping we will be able to reduce shipping times in the future.

In the meantime, you can think about buying a Lost Stock box as a present for your future self. Instead of instant, short-lived gratification, you can look forward to your box arriving for longer. You may have forgotten what choices your past self made about your style when you ordered the box - how exciting will it be to see what you get?!
